Our Vision

Ensure every apprentice from every background gets a bespoke high-quality apprenticeship by providing a challenging and individualised curriculum that builds on their existing Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours and equips them with the Skills Knowledge and Behaviours required to be successful, who contribute to society.

Our Mission

To provide education that is sensitive to individual needs in the neurodiverse and multicultural society to which we operate. Providing training which is accessible to every level with clear progression routes from entry through to degree, giving everyone the opportunity to thrive in a non-traditional academic route through a practical skills-based curriculum.
