We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. Duties

• Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Lead and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.

• Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and incidents as required by regulatory bodies.

• Ensure the nursery is a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors.

• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills in early childhood education and childcare practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• A deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in nursery management.

• Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided to children.

• Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare are desirable but not essential.

• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
