Duties

Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.

Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and incidents as required by regulatory bodies.

Ensure the nursery is a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors.

Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills in early childhood education and childcare practices.
Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings.
